MANIFESTO

Our declared main objectives are grouped into 3 tiers.
Whilst not set in stone, the tiers give an indication of their priority for deep and wide assessment with a view to radical change and enhancement.

What has been witnessed throughout 2020 has placed people's Health at the top of our agenda together with Human Rights and Law and Order.
The National Health Service should be refocused on Health rather than cure and the state needs to be rolled back from controlling free people.
​
The impact on the economy in 2020 has been nothing short of horrific and that impact is set to worsen before we get to a change in government.
The negative impact on the education of our young - thanks to lockdowns and shielding - including in particular study and exam schedules,
heralds the need for a complete overhaul of an outdated education system.
There will be no stone unturned in this process of change.
Every aspect of our lives as far as they were previously orchestrated by past governments will be reviewed in depth.
We will begin with a white sheet of paper and complete with the most modern, appropriate, efficient and effective approach to all we do.
And the whole population is invited to be involved in writing the script.

All the above objectives are fundamentally important and, with a majority of seats in parliament, they will all be addressed from the very outset.
Additionally and fundamental to the objectives of The People Council
is the movement away from the outdated approach to
politics and government.
The approach of the past - highlighted in 2020 - has demonstrated that its form does not serve the People in the way it should or needs to
and probably hasn't done at any time in this country's history.

It is this long outmoded approach which is identified as the root cause of many - if not all - of the problems our country has endured for centuries connected with politics and government.

since it acts as an educational tool helping society to learn from its past.
In all education, past mistakes are just as valuable as past successes.

In a grown up intelligent society, it's not just the natural environment
which is protected and admired by all.
The way society is organised for the People is also protected and admired.

The government of 2020 lost total sight of its primary function, being
to place the People at heart and centre of every thought and every action.
Without the People there is no need of government and
without the People there is no money to spend by government.
A People Council government will place people at its Heart and Centre
to act as the People's appointed servant and never their master!
